Richard Clitherow is a solicitor (England and Wales) and chartered tax adviser with over 28 years advising on various areas of tax law including:
- corporate and business acquisitions,
- designing and implementing tax advantaged revenue approved share schemes and unapproved share schemes,
- investments qualifying for venture capital reliefs (such as the enterprise investment scheme, seed enterprise investment scheme and venture capital trusts),
- reorganisations,
- VAT, and
- stamp duty land tax.
